Our client is seeking to compliment its existing IT team with the addition of TWO SUPPORT DESK ANALYSYTS.
You will be a an IT service Desk analyst, with a positive apporach and a 'can do attitude. You will need to be flexible and adaptable as to the needs of the business, the chariman and stakholders able to react qucikly, as necessary to resolve IT related issues, in multiple locations including on occasion the Chairmans private jet.

Responsibilities
1st-line hardware and software support for desktop computers, desk and mobile telephony, and other handheld devices across multiple sites
Installation of new hardware and software
Troubleshooting issues / answering queries to successful resolution
User management - accounts, permissions, distribution lists
Experience and qualifications
Essential
Minimum of 12 months' commercial experience in a similar role within a small- or medium-sized organisation
Previous experience of supporting users by telephone and ticketing system
Three A- or five AS- levels / City and Guilds diploma / NVQ level 3 / or equivalent
Beneficial
Minimum of 18 months' commercial experience
Previous experience supporting more than one company/division
Previous experience supporting a recruitment agency
HND / DipHE / NVQ level 4 / degree with honours / or equivalent
Skills and competency
Essential
Support of Microsoft Office 2010 or greater, Windows 7 or greater
Familiarity with the internals of a PC/laptop
Demonstrable ability to diagnose a variety of desktop and laptop issues,
across general operating system, TCP/IP networking, hardware
component failure/intermittent issues, etc
Ability to follow instructions or procedures, and check own work
Equally comfortable working with others and on own

Previous experience supporting Active Directory
Support of Microsoft Office 2016, Visio, Windows 10
Previous experience with Office 365
Previous support of Android and iPhone phones, Android and iPad
tablets, and Macs
Previous experience of automated build and deployment tools
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012
Ability to accurately estimate how long a task will take and communicate
progress
