JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for:
To provide administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.
Principle responsibilities and duties:
Attending to all written correspondence, meetings and travel and all manner of personal business.
Inbox management for CEO, screening all telephone calls.
To assist with legal documentation and administrate for the Chairman’s Property businesses.
Regularly undertake to establish efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communications with partner organisations.
Responsible for front of house, meet & greet.

Comply with operational practice as determined
Comply with accounting / administration practices
Comply with Health & Safety Regulations as determined by the Health & Safety Manager
